How to Start Building your own Therapeutic Wellness Package (Part 2: the Atlas, the bigger picture)

Okay, so I’m a visual learner and can always understand things better if I can “visualize” what’s being shared. So, here’s the visual of part 2 for you. You’re starting your Pilgrimage, we’ve learned about the legend or key, ourselves, and now we’re going to see how we fit into the “bigger picture” of things – or The Atlas, which contains not only our map, but all the maps of the 7.9 and growing by the second, billion people on the earth right now, plus all those that have gone before… plus, all the history of the earth & galaxies, the universe – which are billions of years old. I don’t know about you but just seeing the pictures and trying to wrap my brain around it all hurts. Now, come back down to earth, pun intended, and think about this – the majority of us, even the most well adjusted of adults, have a hard time navigating the future, because we aren’t fortune tellers and, there are so many variables that go into what might happen that we can’t possibly know them all. Think about two years ago and covid. We had bought our van and we’re moving out of our condo right as covid hit and locked everything down. Could I have seen that coming? No way! Would I have changed things if I’d known it was coming, a few months back when we put the plan into action? Probably… would I have missed out on all we’ve experienced and learned since? Yes! Has it been rough? Or course! Was it worth it??? Most definitely! My point is this – when I started my Pilgrimage over a decade ago, I leaned heavily on my spiritual side, but learned it was grounded in a lot of man’s interpretation of what truth or as some religions call it – the Gospel – actually are – the glad tidings which teach us about salvation. IMHO, all religions serve to do the same thing – teach us about salvation or enlightenment or a bigger picture of what we can be doing while here on earth. And they usually involve a supreme being that can see all and knows us and is helping us through the process – whatever name that being is called by. And if that’s not your thing, that’s totally fine, I’m not here to preach or anything like that, though I will reference things I understand along the way. But I don’t know how I’d get to where I am and have any kind of understanding of what I’m doing and where to head without this understanding I have of who I call Heavenly Father and the all the other components that are part of the whole. But I didn’t come by this understanding or get to where I am based of the things I’d learned by the time I started my Pilgrimage at 39 – I had to learn what’s really going on, my part in the whole, and how to navigate for myself, not what others had taught me or tried to share with me. So, you’ll have to come to this part on your own and figure out what works for you and your journey, but IMHO, it is a significant part of any type of improvement in enjoying life more. And trust me – I get why the majority don’t like religion or religious people – because they’ve run up against someone who hasn’t learned how to live their own truth, but is trying to force you to do the same thing they’re doing. Some mean we’ll, and some would subject you or even kill you if you don’t follow along. Just know – this is not the actual purpose of eternal truths and if you can’t get past all the negative you’ve experienced in your own life that others have inflicted or any negative experiences with religious people you’ve had, you’re in for an eye opening experience of what’s really going on – kind of like The Matrix… sadly, a large portion of what we have and are experiencing every day is someone else’s misguided idea of the actual truth. If you can find your way through that crap to the actual truth – it will be life altering!
